Spaghettini with salmon and orange sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghettini (pack a 500 g), red onion, olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), orange, white caster sugar, fresh coriander (a 15 g) and salmon steak (a 2 pieces).

cook spaghetti according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in skillet and gently fry onion.

Add tomato cubes and let the sauce thicken in about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean orange peel, grate 2 tablespoons of skins.

Squeezing orange.

Add sugar, grated orange peel and coriander to tomato mixture and simmer for approx.

2 minutes.

Add the juice and boil for another 5 minutes.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Heat salmon steaks according to instructions.
