Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-
Grate the tomatoes with the coarse grater. Clean the lime, grate the green skin with the fine grater and squeeze out the fruit.
-
Spoon the lime zest and 1 tbsp lime juice through the grated tomato and season to taste with salt and pepper.
-
Mix the pork strips with the pork spices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork strips over 4 minutes on a high heat. Change regularly.
-
In the meantime, heat the taco shells for about 5 minutes in the oven. Put the black beans in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.
-
Drain the pineapple slices and cut into pieces.
-
Divide the tacos together with the meat, black beans, pineapple, cabbage, crème fraîche and tomato salsa over bowls and put on the table.
-
That way everyone can fill their own tacos.
