Grilled chicken fillet with farfalle pasta and pesto of parsley, walnuts and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Cook the farfalle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Brush the chicken with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken in 12 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Grind the parsley, garlic, cheese, walnuts and lemon zest with the hand blender or in the food processor.

Add the rest of the oil and grind to a smooth pesto. Mix the pesto with the pasta.

Cut the chicken into slices and serve with the pasta.
