Italian pork chops


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, butter or margarine, shoulder chop (a 2 pieces), Italian herbs (frozen bag of 50 g), bag (potatoes with peel (frozen), sundried tomatoes on oil and finely chopped.

Directions

  1. Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat half of butter in large frying pan.
  3. Pour chops with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in 10 minutes on high heat.
  4. Add the zucchini, herbs, salt and pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Put the fire down and let it simmer for approx.
  6. 10 minutes with lid half on pan.
  7. Meanwhile, heat the rest of the butter in another large frying pan and bake the potato wedges according to the instructions for use.
  8. Pork chops serve with zucchini, potato and chopped tomatoes..
