Kale dish with hot dogs and pickles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, large potatoes ((bag 3 kg), peeled and quartered), kale (500 g), smoked bacon cubes (duobakje 250 g), onions (chopped), hot dogs (240 g), gherkins (pot 480 g), milk and ground Gouda cheese (young mature (bag 175 g)).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Cook the kale 15 min.

Bake the bacon cubes, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Drain the kale and scoop the onion with the bacon cubes and shortening through it. Put the whole in the oven dish.
