Ingredients
- 500 gram chicken carbonade halved
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 onion in parts
- 2 clove garlic in slices
- 400 milliliters chicken bouillon from tablet
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder (ketoembar)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 100 gram dried plum without pit
- 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley minced meat
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Sprinkle the chicken chops with salt and pepper and fry them lightly brown in the olive oil.

Add the onion and garlic and fry them.

Pour in the stock and add the cinnamon stick, the honey, the coriander, the cumin and the prunes.

Slowly simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick. Sprinkle the dish with the parsley.
