Beef fillet in honey-ketchup sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice (white (bag a 1 kg)), broken green beans (500 g), beef (fillet steak a la minute (about 300 g)), oil, onions (in parts), zucchini (in halved slices of 1 cm), honey and sweet soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package (keep 100 ml of the cooking liquid behind). Cook the green beans al dente in 6 minutes. Drain them.
  2. Cut the beef fillet strips into 3-4 wide strips each. Heat a wok until it starts to smoke, pour in the oil and stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the meat and stir fry for 4 minutes over a high heat. Add the courgette, the green beans, the honey and the ketjapmarinadeen 100 ml of cooking water from the rice. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Spread the beef fillet with vegetables in honey-ketchup sauce over 4 plates and serve the rice.
