Beef fillet in honey-ketchup sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice (white (bag a 1 kg)), broken green beans (500 g), beef (fillet steak a la minute (about 300 g)), oil, onions (in parts), zucchini (in halved slices of 1 cm), honey and sweet soy sauce.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package (keep 100 ml of the cooking liquid behind). Cook the green beans al dente in 6 minutes. Drain them.

Cut the beef fillet strips into 3-4 wide strips each. Heat a wok until it starts to smoke, pour in the oil and stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the meat and stir fry for 4 minutes over a high heat. Add the courgette, the green beans, the honey and the ketjapmarinadeen 100 ml of cooking water from the rice. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

Spread the beef fillet with vegetables in honey-ketchup sauce over 4 plates and serve the rice.
