Directions
-
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and grease it with oil. Use the grease brush. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C or gas oven setting 5. Place the fish sticks on the baking tray. Place the baking tray in the oven with oven mitts. Fry the fish fingers for 10 to 12 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Roast the sandwiches in the toaster. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry with some paper towels. Spread 4 carrots of carrot-livery salad on 4 slices of bread.
-
Place the fish sticks side by side on 2 buttered sandwiches. Put some slices of cucumber on it. Put 2 unpuffed sandwiches on top and spread a thick layer of carrot-seller salad on top.
-
Put the lettuce leaves on top and some slices of cucumber. Finally, put the last slices of bread on top with the smeared side down. Cut the bread stacks diagonally in half and fix each sandwich with a skewer with a radish. Serve with the 'stack sandwich' fries.
