Braised chicory with salmon

Heat a frying pan on medium height and add the stock, butter and chicory.

Smear about 20 minutes with a lid on the pan until the chicory is completely soft and golden brown.

Then put the salmon fillets in the pan and fry them for about 3-4 minutes per side (depending on the thickness).

Serve the salmon with chicory and lemon wedges. Sprinkle with the parsley.
