Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stem into cubes. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Cut the onion into wedges. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the tomato cubes and the cooking cream and bring the mixture to the boil while stirring.
  4. Drain the broccoli. Add the broccoli, ham strips and half of the cheese to the tomato sauce and heat for another 1 min.
  5. Drain the macaroni and distribute it over the plates. Spoon the broccoli-ham sauce. Season with the cheese.
