Spinach soup with tortelloni
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tortelloni with ricotta and spinach (fresh pasta, 250 g), onions (in half rings), olive oil, ham (in narrow strips), garlic, beef broth (from tablet), dry white wine, cut leaf spinach ((frozen, pack a 450 g) and crème fraîche.

Tortelloni in plenty of water with salt on low heat in 7 min.

Just undercooked.

Drain Tortelloni in colander.

In oil pan onion in oil, golden brown fruit.

Create onion rings in bowl.

Ham in crude oil in 5 min.

Crispy baking.

Squeeze the garlic on top and add the onion again.

Pour the broth and wine into the pan and bring to the boil.

Season spinach cubes through stock and cook for 5 minutes.

Melt the crème fraîche in soup.

Season with salt and pepper.

Make spinach soup in four deep plates and distribute tortelloni over it..
