Pasta with quorn pieces
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: green tagliatelle (ribbon paste), press oranges, olive oil, sliced leeks (a 300 g), Quorn pieces (a 175 g), curry powder, MonChou pan and oven (200 g) and salt and pepper.

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Peel 1 orange thickly and cut out flesh between membranes.

Squeeze out another orange.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

Leek gently for approx.

3 minutes.

Add quorn and curry powder and fry approx.

5 minutes.

Add orange pieces and orange juice and bring to the boil.

add fresh cream cheese and gently co-heat, do not boil.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve with pasta..
