Spaghetti with grilled green asparagus and rucola pesto

In a food processor mix the olive oil with the rocket, basil, lemon juice, garlic, almonds and Parmesan cheese into a pesto.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add some water if necessary to dilute the pesto.

Cook the spaghetti.

In the meantime, grill the asparagus in about 4 minutes and regularly.

Drain the spaghetti and stir in 2/3 of the pesto.

Divide the spaghetti over plates, put the grilled asparagus on it and serve the remaining pesto.

Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
