Mie with stir-fried tiger prawns with teriyaki sauce, chinese vegetables, krupuk and atjar.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp in 3 min. Until done.
  3. Pour in the wok sauce and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes. Season the vegetables with sweet soy sauce.
  5. Divide the noodles over the plates and scoop the vegetables around them. Place the shrimps on top and serve with the krupuk and the atjar.
