Braised chicory shrubs with cottage cheese and hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  3. Halve the shrubs of chicory lengthwise and lay them down with the cutting edge in a frying pan with olive oil.
