Braised chicory shrubs with cottage cheese and hazelnuts

Finely chop the parsley.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Halve the shrubs of chicory lengthwise and lay them down with the cutting edge in a frying pan with olive oil.

Bake the chicory bushes covered for 6 minutes until the cut surface is nicely browned.

In the meantime, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
