Stir-fried green beans with cassorrib


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, casselerrib in thick slices, onion, butter or margarine, olive oil, ready-to-cook potatoes (750 g), cherry tomatoes (250 g), Italian herb oil, chili powder, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Clean green beans, wash and break in half.
  2. Cut the slicer rib into strips.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Heat butter with 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan.
  5. Potatoes in about 10 minutes around brown and cooked.
  6. Meanwhile, heat the rest of oil in another pan.
  7. Onions and green beans for about 6 minutes before baking.
  8. Add the rack of ribs and bake for approx.
  9. 3 minutes.
  10. Add cherryto and Italian herbs.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Season potatoes with chili powder and salt..
