                            Steamed fish with pea puree
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cabbage fillets (frozen, 400 g), sea salt and garlic (mill a 60 g), (table) potatoes (ready-to-cook (800 g)), fresh chives (15 g), peas (a 450 g, frozen), lemon juice and (olive) oil.

                    Ingredients
Directions
- 
                                Remove fish fillets from packaging.
- 
                                Sprinkle generously with garlic salt.
- 
                                Scatter next to each other on a large plate or dish.
- 
                                Bring potatoes in large pan with plenty of cold water to the boil.
- 
                                Put low and cook in 15-20 min.
- 
                                Cast off.
- 
                                Grind chives.
- 
                                Place fillets in steam pan.
- 
                                Peas in boiling water in 5-8 minutes.
- 
                                Cook.
- 
                                At the same time above peas, fish in 8 min.
- 
                                With lid on pan steamed.
- 
                                Pour out peas.
- 
                                Mix thoroughly with a hand blender.
- 
                                Season with some garlic salt, generous pepper, lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil.
- 
                                Mix boiled potatoes with leftover oil, pepper, garlic salt and chives.
- 
                                Place fillets and potatoes on 4 plates, add pea puree..
