Steamed fish with pea puree


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cabbage fillets (frozen, 400 g), sea salt and garlic (mill a 60 g), (table) potatoes (ready-to-cook (800 g)), fresh chives (15 g), peas (a 450 g, frozen), lemon juice and (olive) oil.

Directions

  1. Remove fish fillets from packaging.
  2. Sprinkle generously with garlic salt.
  3. Scatter next to each other on a large plate or dish.
  4. Bring potatoes in large pan with plenty of cold water to the boil.
  5. Put low and cook in 15-20 min.
  6. Cast off.
  7. Grind chives.
  8. Place fillets in steam pan.
  9. Peas in boiling water in 5-8 minutes.
  10. Cook.
  11. At the same time above peas, fish in 8 min.
  12. With lid on pan steamed.
  13. Pour out peas.
  14. Mix thoroughly with a hand blender.
  15. Season with some garlic salt, generous pepper, lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil.
  16. Mix boiled potatoes with leftover oil, pepper, garlic salt and chives.
  17. Place fillets and potatoes on 4 plates, add pea puree..
