Beef steak with spinach stew


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, beef steaks and traditional olive oil.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and celeriac and cut into pieces. Cook them for 20 minutes in water with salt.
  2. Meanwhile, wrap each steak in 1 ½ slices of serrano ham and secure with a cocktail stick. Sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over a high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Leave on a plate under aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and celeriac, add the crème fraîche and oil and stamp into a coarse puree.
  5. Put the pan on low heat and add the spinach in parts. Stir until the spinach has shrunk.
  6. Season with pepper and salt. Divide the stew over plates and serve the steaks.
