Whole wheat pasta with avocado sauce and minced meat
Quick pasta dish with wholegrain pasta, lean mince, thyme, avocado, goat cheese, tomatoes, onion and basil.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
In the meantime, heat a non-stick skillet and bake the mince together with the thyme over medium heat in approx. 3 minutes.
Drain as much of the moisture as possible and put back on the fire.
Raise the heat a little and keep stirring until the meat becomes crispy. This takes about 8 minutes.
Cut the red onion.
Put the onion in a bowl and pour over the boiling water. Let alone until use.
Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm portions and the basil into strips.
Mix with the olive oil. Drain the onion and mix through the tomato salad.
Cut the avocados half way through, remove the seeds and scoop the flesh into a tall cup.
Add the goat cheese and the boiling water and puree until smooth.
Divide the pasta, avocado sauce, minced meat and tomato salad in succession over the plates.
