Crispy peanut chicken with vegetable oil


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, egg noodles (250 g), chicken breast, orange (squeezed), green beans, egg (beaten), peanuts (finely chopped), sunflower oil, winter carrot ((1 kg bag), in thin slices), garlic (chopped) and soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken fillets into 2 x 4 centimeter pieces. Spoon half of the orange juice with the chicken, leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tips of the green beans and halve them. Cook the beans in 5 minutes al dente. Let the pieces of chicken drain, pull them through the egg and roll them through the peanuts.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken pieces over medium heat in 8 minutes until tender and brown. Times regularly. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a wok. First bake the winter carrot for 1 minute. Add the garlic and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and fry for another 2 minutes on a high heat. Then add the beans, the rest of the juice and the noodles. Let everything get well hot, and season with soy sauce. Serve with the crispy chicken pieces.
