Meatballs in satay sauce with vegetables and rice
Unpolished rice with meatballs in spicy satay sauce, crispy green beans and broccoli and deep-fried onions.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion finely and cut the broccoli into florets.

Heat the oil in a pan. Take the chopped onion through the flour and deep-fry about 10 minutes on medium heat. Drain on kitchen paper.

Meanwhile, cook the green beans in water with salt, if necessary, for 8 minutes. Add the broccoli after 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the meatballs in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Do not let the sauce boil.

Divide the rice, vegetables and meatballs with sauce over the plates. Divide the crunchy onions.
