Chicken sausage skewers
Satay sticks from the barbeque with chicken, sausages and vegetables

Light the barbecue.

Slice the garlic and the basil leaves.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, put in a bowl and mix with half of the basil, garlic and oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the sausages into 3 cm pieces. Cut the courgette into slices of 1 cm and halve them.

Cut the tomatoes into very small pieces and cut the onion. Mix that with the vinegar, the rest of the basil, the rest of the oil, pepper and salt.

Cut the bell pepper into pieces of 3 cm. Thread the chicken, sausage, zucchini and paprika onto the skewers.

Barbecue the sticks in approx. 10 min. Until done. Serve with the tomatoes.
