A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles, iceberg lettuce, red pepper, lime, sesame oil, fish sauce, dark brown caster sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, fruits de mer (a 125 g), mint, coriander and celery.

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in the pan. Take the pan of fire and let it boil for about 4 minutes in water. Drain Mihoen, rinse with cold water and let it drain. Remove the outer leaves of lettuce and cut the crop into strips. Cut pepper by half, remove seeds and cut into strips. Squeeze lime, juice with sesame oil, fish sauce and sugar until dressing. Squeeze garlic over dressing, stir in pepper strips. Sesame seed in a light frying pan until lightly browned. Stir in warm sesame seeds through dressing. Fruits in the bowl and pour dressing. Finely chop mint, coriander and celery.
  2. Place Mihoen on a flat dish, distribute iceberg lettuce and fruits on the mer. Rest of dressing to create salad. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
