Spaghetti with creamy broccoli-cheese sauce.
Vegetarian pasta with broccoli and Gouda cheese.
Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the stalk into slices and cook them together until about 15 min. Cook the spaghetti according to the packaging.
Shred the onion and press the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
Pour the Finesse for Cooking into the pan, stir in the cheese and bring it to the boil while stirring.
Heat the sauce, covered and on low heat, for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt. Drain the broccoli and crush with a puree rammer.
Spoon the broccoli puree, the cherry tomatoes and the garlic into the cheese sauce and warm it for 1 minute while stirring. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
Spread the spaghetti over the plates and spoon over the broccoli sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese to taste.
