Watercress stew with smoked almonds
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: smoke almonds (bag of 100 g), spring onions, watercress (75 g), mashed potatoes à la minute (pack of 3 x 60 g) and herb butter.

Chop the almonds coarsely.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Pick up the thickest stems of watercress.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packaging.

Introduce the watercress, spring onions and herb butter and warm the stew for about 2 minutes on low heat.

Create stew on plate and sprinkle almonds over it..
