Stewed tilapia with paprika
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (kilo'tje solid cooking, in parts), lemon (cleaned), tilapia fillet ((750 g frozen bag), thawed), olive oil, onions (in rings), garlic (in slices) , paprikamix ((3 pieces, green and red and yellow) in strips) and tomato cubes (400 g).

Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes. Halve the lemon. Grate the yellow skin from one half and press this half out. Cut the other into 4 parts. Rub the tilapia fillets with salt and lemon juice and cut into pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions, half of the garlic and the paprika for 5 min. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Put the pieces of tilapia fillet in the pan, between the onions and peppers, cover the pan and simmer the fish in about 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, in the rest of the oil, fry the potatoes on a high heat, stirring until brown and done in 10 minutes, but in the end add the rest of the garlic. Divide the potatoes over 4 plates. Spoon the stewed fish with the vegetables on it. Sprinkle with the lemon zest and black pepper and add a lemon wedge.
