Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 great onion shredded
- 2 potato peeled, into cubes
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 340 milliliters chicken broth with meat pot
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 vine tomato in pieces, ripe, de fielded
- 100 gram chorizo in cubes
- 150 gram serrano ham in cubes
- 1 chicken broth tablet
- 370 milliliters White beans rinsed, drained, jar
- Green coal in bars

Directions

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large stew or soup pot and fry the onion on low setting in about 5 minutes light brown.

Add the potato cubes, the garlic and the paprika and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Lengthen the chicken stock according to the instructions on the pot. Add the tomato puree, the tomatoes, the chorizo and the serrano ham, the diluted broth and the stock cube and let everything come to a boil.

Cook on low setting for about 10 minutes and then add the beans and coals. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season the soup with salt and pepper and serve with the rest of the olive oil.
