Chicken with ginger gravy and curry potatoes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, carrots, stem ginger (450 g), chicken breasts, butter, potatoes (450 g), natural juices (29 g), lemon juice and curry powder.

Directions

  1. Cleaning the carrots and cutting them into slanted slices.
  2. 4 coarsely cut roll ginger ginger.
  3. Sprinkle chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Melt 25 g butter in frying pan and fry chicken breasts on high heat in 3 min on both sides.
  5. Chicken fillets on low heat in approx.
  6. 15 min.
  7. In the meantime, boil the carrots for approx.
  8. 8 minutes.
  9. Roots boil in about 8 minutes.
  10. Add 300 ml of water and the contents bag of gravy to chicken and bring to the boil while stirring.
  11. Pieces of ginger, add to taste ginger syrup (from jar) and lemon juice.
  12. Drain and mix with curry powder and leftover butter.
  13. Place chicken fillet on 4 plates, place the carrots next to it and pour gravy over it.
  14. Introduce cherry potatoes..
