Spicy couscous with balls


Vegetarian couscous with cumin and mango chutney.

Directions

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging, but use the oil instead of butter.
  2. Chop the onion coarsely and cut the coriander roughly.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Scoop the cumin through. Add the cabbage and fry in 4 min. Until crispy and done.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 4 min. Brown.
  5. Stir the couscous with a fork. Scoop through the pointed cabbage. Season with the chutney, coriander, pepper and salt.
  6. Scoop with the balls on plates.
