Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging, but use the oil instead of butter.

Chop the onion coarsely and cut the coriander roughly.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Scoop the cumin through. Add the cabbage and fry in 4 min. Until crispy and done.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 4 min. Brown.

Stir the couscous with a fork. Scoop through the pointed cabbage. Season with the chutney, coriander, pepper and salt.

Scoop with the balls on plates.
