Turkish vegetables with yoghurt and minced meat


A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, eggplant, beef tomatoes, garlic, table potatoes (800 g), olive oil, broken green beans, paprika, green peppers (310 g), beef soup balls (a ca. 225 g) and Greek yoghurt (500 g) .

Directions

  1. Clean aubergine, cut into pieces of approx.
  2. 2 cm.
  3. Putting tomatoes 12 in boiling water, rinse under cold tap and remove skins.
  4. Cut tomatoes into pieces.
  5. Cut potatoes into 4 pieces.
  6. Peel garlic and press with garlic press.
  7. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a deep pan and stir-fry eggplant, beans and potato for 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in garlic and tomato and bake for 1 more minute.
  9. Add green peppers with liquid, 1/2 tsp paprika powder and 1/2 cup water.
  10. Apply to the boil and let vegetables simmer with lid half on pan for 20 min.
  11. If necessary add salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and meatballs for approx.
  13. 5 minutes around browning and cooking.
  14. Divide the vegetable mixture and minced meat into 4 plates, add yogurt and sprinkle with paprika..
