Turkish vegetables with yoghurt and minced meat
A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, eggplant, beef tomatoes, garlic, table potatoes (800 g), olive oil, broken green beans, paprika, green peppers (310 g), beef soup balls (a ca. 225 g) and Greek yoghurt (500 g) .

Clean aubergine, cut into pieces of approx.

2 cm.

Putting tomatoes 12 in boiling water, rinse under cold tap and remove skins.

Cut tomatoes into pieces.

Cut potatoes into 4 pieces.

Peel garlic and press with garlic press.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a deep pan and stir-fry eggplant, beans and potato for 3 minutes.

Stir in garlic and tomato and bake for 1 more minute.

Add green peppers with liquid, 1/2 tsp paprika powder and 1/2 cup water.

Apply to the boil and let vegetables simmer with lid half on pan for 20 min.

If necessary add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and meatballs for approx.

5 minutes around browning and cooking.

Divide the vegetable mixture and minced meat into 4 plates, add yogurt and sprinkle with paprika..
