Dutch Vegetable Soup With Meatballs
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh parsley (30 g), minced beef (about 250 g), crumbly potatoes, sunflower oil, Dutch stir-fry mix (400 g), tomato cubes (400 g), beef soup convenience (51 g), cheese-on-the-goo bread (bake bread and 300 g).
Chop minced parsley.
Mix ground beef with salt, pepper and half of parsley.
Rotate small meatballs.
Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Heat oil in soup pan and fry vegetables and potatoes for 3 minutes.
Add tomato cubes, 1 liter of water and beef soup and bring to the boil.
Add meatballs and simmer soup for 10 minutes.
Heat the bread according to the instructions.
Stir the remaining parsley into soup.
Serve with cheese-on-the-goo bread..
