Directions

  1. Dab the shrimps dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the prawns until they are firm and opaque. Remove them from the pan.
  2. Add the rest of the oil to the shortening and stir fry the garlic and pepper strips for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Mix the tomato cubes with juice and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Put the shrimps through, season with salt and pepper and heat without cooking. Sprinkle the fish pan with spring onions and serve with baguette.
