Wintry paella with smoked sausage


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, risotto rice (bag 500 g), red pepper (diced), saffron (bag 0.05 g), chicken broth (of 2 tablets), lean smoked sausage ((bag 250 g), diced ), mixed seafood ((a 500 g, frozen), thawed), green beans (very fine (450 g frozen) and thawed).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the rice for 3 minutes. Add the pepper and the saffron and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock and scoop. Put the lid on the pan and let the rice cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the smoked sausage, the seafood and the green beans and warm for another 3 minutes.
