A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: basmati rice (bag 1 kg), eggs, oil, chopped wok vegetables (400 g), crisp corn kernels ((300 g), drained) and Indian korma curry sauce (400 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Boil the eggs hard in 7 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut into 4 parts.
  2. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan, stirring the vegetables for 4 minutes. Add the corn kernels and the curry sauce and heat for 5-6 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the rice over 4 plates, scoop the vegetables and place the egg wedges.
