Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Clamp 1 potato between 2 wooden spoons or use a kitchen tongs. Cut the potato every 3-4 mm, but not completely. Do the same with the other potatoes. Place the potatoes next to each other in a low oven dish, with the notches pointing upwards.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and sprinkle the potatoes with it. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes just below the center of the oven.
  3. Mix the cheese with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle the potatoes with it. Bake for another 5 minutes in the oven.
  4. Mix the crème fraîche with chives, salt and pepper and serve with the potatoes.
