Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Clamp 1 potato between 2 wooden spoons or use a kitchen tongs. Cut the potato every 3-4 mm, but not completely. Do the same with the other potatoes. Place the potatoes next to each other in a low oven dish, with the notches pointing upwards.
