Spaghetti à la mama tree
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil, onion (chopped), peeled canned tomatoes and fresh basil pesto.

Heat the olive oil and fry the onion, add the rest of the vegetables and fry for a few minutes over medium heat. Scoop occasionally.

Add the tomatoes with juice, pepper and possibly salt. Mix the mince with the pesto, garlic, some chopped basil (store 6 leaves) and pepper.

Turn the balls and roast them in the olive oil for 10 minutes on low heat. Put them in the sauce and let them simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and add a splash of olive oil.

Divide the spaghetti oven plates and spoon the sauce over it. Garnish with the Grana Padano and the reserved leaves of basil.
