Goulash with paprika, tomato and peas.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle with pepper. Chop the onion.

Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Bake the meat cubes brown in about 5 minutes.

Fry the onion and paprika for about 2 minutes. Stir in the paprika, salt to taste and tomato cubes through the meat mixture and bring to the boil.

Let the sauce simmer for approx. 10 minutes, warm the last few min. The peas. Season with salt and pepper. Serve goulash with rice.
