Lukewarm field salad with mackerel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potato slices (700 g), smoked mackerel (350 g), mayonnaise, mustard, spring onions ((3 pieces), in oblique rings), cooked beet ((500 g), in half slices) , lamb's lettuce ((75 g) and cleaned).

Boil the potato slices in little water with a little salt until about 15 minutes.

Drain and let them cool slightly.

Remove the mackerel meat and divide it into nice pieces.

Beat a dressing of the mayonnaise, mustard and so much water that creates a nice thickness.

Pour the dressing into a lockable container.

Mix the potato slices, spring onions and mackerel and pour in the dressing, beetroot and lamb's lettuce just before serving..
