Directions

  1. Pour the cutlets through the flour and shake off any excess flour. Beat the eggs in a deep plate with the ginger powder, sesame oil and sambal.
  2. Divide the sesame seeds over a flat plate. Roll the floured cutlets first through the egg mixture and then through the sesame seeds. Press the sesame seeds well.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the cutlets on medium-high in 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and done.
  4. Tasty with fried pak choi and rice.
