Lebanese chicken kebabs


A nice middle-eastern recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Greek yogurt, oil, orange (pressed), garlic (pressed), cinnamon powder, ground cardamom (spices), ginger powder (djahé) and chicken breasts.

Directions

  1. In a low bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, orange juice, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger powder. Cut chicken fillets in half lengthwise and swirl through marinade. Cover dish and marinate chicken in refrigerator 1 night. Chicken occasionally turn.
  2. Drain chicken fillets and string 2 pieces of chicken breast to each pen in length. Place the pens on a well-greased rack and grill for approx. 6 min. Turn the pins and grind approx. 6 min. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Tasty with Turkish yoghurt sauce, pita bread and watermelon salad.
