Steak with mushrooms and red wine
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mashed potatoes (550 g), Tuscan steak (with pesto butter 2 pieces), mushroom onion mix (`120 g), red wine and black olives without seeds.
Mash the potato mash according to the instructions for use in the microwave.
Meanwhile, in woks, warm 1 cup of pesto butter and mushroom onion mix in about 3 minutes of browning.
Add wine and keep the mixture warm.
Heat up another cup of pesto butter in frying pan.
On high heat steaks in brown for approx.
4 minutes and roast on the inside, turning halfway.
Chop up the olives and mix with puree.
Create puree on plates.
Place the steak and mushroom mixture on top..
