Sweet and sour curry with duck


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion (chopped), oil, garlic (peeled), fresh ginger root (grated), chili pepper (crumbled), ground cardamom (spices), ground cumin (djinten), white wine vinegar, dark brown caster sugar and duck breast fillet.

Directions

  1. Fry in 1 cup oil in pan onion for 5 minutes. In food processor, peel onion with garlic, ginger, spices, vinegar and sugar into pasta. Repeat pasta in bowl. Cut loose from duck breast with sharp knife and cut meat into 4 cm pieces. Cook meat with pasta and leave to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Let meat in marinade reach room temperature. Heat residual oil in frying pan. Chop the meat with marinade for 5 min. Salt to taste and add 100 ml of water and gently simmer for another 10-15 min.
