Wraps with gyros and apple coleslaw


Wraps with spiced chicken fillet, pepper, apple, coleslaw and garlic sauce.

Directions

  1. Spoon the chicken dumpling strips with the spice mix. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the chicken for 5 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
  2. In the meantime, halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips. Add to the chicken and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Cut the apple into wedges, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin strips (julienne). Mix with the coleslaw.
  5. Put the wraps and gyros chicken, apple coleslaw, lettuce and garlic sauce on the table so that everyone can fill their own wraps. Tasty with chopped (flat) parsley.
