Croque madam with bean salad
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broken green beans (500 g), lettuce, brown bread, butter, ground cheese (young (175 g)), ragout (400 g) and salad dressing (bottle a 500 ml).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Season the beans in large boiling water with a little salt in approx.

7 minutes.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Remove leaves, wash and dry from the head of lettuce.

Slice butter bread thinly with butter.

Spread 4 buttered sandwiches with half grated cheese.

Put other sandwiches on top with the buttered side up.

Sandwiches with browned side up under grill to brown.

Turn sandwiches over, distribute ragout, sprinkle with remaining cheese and turn golden brown under grill.

Meanwhile mix lettuce leaves with beans and salad dressing.

Season with coarsely ground pepper.

Place croque madam on 4 plates and add salad separately..
