Directions

  1. Cut the chicken dumplings in width into 4 equal bars and mix them with the spice mix and the oil.
  2. Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken in 6 minutes until done. Turn halfway.
  3. In the meantime, cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into pieces.
  4. Squeeze out the lime and sprinkle the avocado with the juice.
  5. Halve the tomatoes and cut the onion into wafer-thin rings.
  6. Mix the avocado with the coriander, the tomatoes, the onion rings and the rest of the oil. Season to taste with (freshly ground) pepper and salt.
  7. Heat the gordita's according to the instructions on the package.
  8. Put a little salad on each gordita and spread the chicken strips over it.
