Broad beans-salmon omelette
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, smoked salmon shavings, spring onions (chopped), broad beans extra fine ((330 g), drained), butter, potatoes (700 g), dill (frozen and sprinkled).

Unscrew eggs in bowl.

Stir in salmon pieces, spring onions and broad beans.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in frying pan.

Pour in the egg mixture and let the omelette, with lid on pan, coagulate on low heat for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, small potatoes with little water and salt boil for 8 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and shake them in pan with dill, leftover butter and salt to taste.

Cut omelette into 4 parts and serve with baby potatoes..
