Rice with pistachio nuts


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, olive oil, cinnamon powder, long grain rice (pack a 500 g), orange juice (pack a 1 liter), vegetable stock tablet, nectarines and peeled pistachio nuts (a 50 g).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan.
  3. Fry the onion with cinnamon for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add rice and roast for approx.
  5. 2 minutes.
  6. Add orange juice, 600 ml water and vegetable stock tablet.
  7. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx.
  8. 10 minutes.
  9. Peel the nectarines, remove the kernel and cut into cubes.
  10. Nectarines and pistachio nuts by rice and serve immediately.
  11. Tasty with salad of lettuce..
