Rice with pistachio nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, olive oil, cinnamon powder, long grain rice (pack a 500 g), orange juice (pack a 1 liter), vegetable stock tablet, nectarines and peeled pistachio nuts (a 50 g).

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Fry the onion with cinnamon for about 3 minutes.

Add rice and roast for approx.
-
2 minutes.

Add orange juice, 600 ml water and vegetable stock tablet.

Bring to the boil and simmer for approx.

10 minutes.
-
Peel the nectarines, remove the kernel and cut into cubes.
-
Nectarines and pistachio nuts by rice and serve immediately.

Tasty with salad of lettuce..
