Grilled shrimp skewers with mango


Shrimp skewers from the grill with fruit and red pepper.

Directions

  1. Put the shrimps in a bowl and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Cut the garlic into thin slices and add to the shrimp.
  3. Cut the lemon into pieces, squeeze them a bit above the shrimp and put the parts in between.
  4. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings and spread over the shrimp.
  5. Drizzle with oil and scoop. Leave covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Meanwhile, light the barbecue.
  7. Thread the prawns and mango pieces alternately on the pricks.
  8. Grill the shrimp skewers on the barbecue for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Place on a bowl and sprinkle with the sriracha sauce.
