Mediterranean cod bread
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, traditional olive oil (extra to grease) and fresh cod fillet.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Make the dough according to instructions on the package, replace the butter with the olive oil. On the second occasion, knead the herbs and olives through the dough.

Coat the cod on both sides with pesto.

Roll out the dough on a floured sheet into an oval piece. Put the cod in the middle of the dough, do not let it overlap.

Fold the sides of the dough in and the front and back over each other. Brush the seams with some water so that they stick together well.

Place the bread with the seam down in a greased baking tin. Bake the bread in about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the bread from the oven and brush the top with some olive oil.

Serve directly with young green beans and put a tray with olive oil and a bowl of sea salt on the table. Baptize the bread in the oil and salt.
