Mediterranean cod bread

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  2. Make the dough according to instructions on the package, replace the butter with the olive oil. On the second occasion, knead the herbs and olives through the dough.
  3. Coat the cod on both sides with pesto.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured sheet into an oval piece. Put the cod in the middle of the dough, do not let it overlap.
  5. Fold the sides of the dough in and the front and back over each other. Brush the seams with some water so that they stick together well.
  6. Place the bread with the seam down in a greased baking tin. Bake the bread in about 25 minutes until golden brown.
