Penne with tuna and broad beans


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, onion (finely chopped), pasta sauce (arrabbiata (350 g)), broad beans (fine (300 g, frozen)), artichoke hearts (400 g ), drained and halved), tuna (in water (a 185 g), drained) and black olives (in slices (pot 240 g)).

Directions

  1. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the pasta sauce and heat the sauce over low heat 3-4 min. Stir frequently.
  2. Defrost the broad beans in a colander under running hot water. Add to the pasta sauce and heat for 1-2 min. Add the artichoke hearts, the tuna and the olives and heat for 2-3 min. Until the sauce is hot and the broad beans are al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the penne over 4 plates and add the pasta sauce.
